ALL IN ENERGY is a nonprofit organization that helps connect people with energy saving programs*. This may include:
A/C unit at no-cost or discounted
75-100% off the cost of home insulation
A reduced rate on electricity
Assistance paying off overdue utility bills

Partnership with Massachusetts Community Action Program Agencies & Low-Income Energy Affordability Network
Some no cost upgrades (depending on income eligibility) include:
replacement of appliances such as window A/C and dehumidifiers

For those in 1-4 unit home who are income eligible, this program supports free insulation upgrades. In the case that additional work needs to be done before insulation upgrades, this can be funded by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources.
